Teachers hired by GPS in the 2021/22 academic year, those who do not pass the eligibility interview will not be placed in the position

Teachers hired by GPS first band, in the academic year 2021/22, are already finishing the path that will lead them to be admitted to the function, after passing the test course and the disciplinary test. What about those who fail the aforementioned disciplinary test.

Procedure

The aforementioned professors were hired during the academic year. 2021/22 for a specified period, within the framework of the extraordinary procedure provided for in article 59/4 of Legislative Decree no. 73/2021, converted into Law no. 106/2021, and which took place at the end of the ordinary registrations in office by GaE and GM on the other places of the same (registrations).

In practice, the common and support places, residual of the ordinary income to the function, were assigned for a certain period to the candidates included in the first strip of the common place and GPS support, for the purposes of the subsequent fixed hiring.

The procedure, in accordance with Legislative Decree 73/2021 and Ministerial Development Decree no. 242/2021, was articulated (and is articulated, at least in part) as follows:

  1. fixed-term employment during the 2021/22 academic year (already completed);
  2. development, during the academic year 2021/22, of the annual course of initial training and test referred to in article 13 of the Legislative Decree. 59/2017 (in the process of concluding or already concluded);
  3. disciplinary test, after the positive evaluation of the said itinerary, in front of a commission external to the educational center in which the same itinerary is developed (still to be carried out or in progress);
  4. contracting of the function from 1 September 2021 or, if later, from the date of commencement of the service (academic year 2021/22) and confirmation of the function in the same educational center in which ‘has provided the service of fixed duration and in the year took place a course of initial training and test (still to be performed).

With regard to point 2 above, ie the annual training and test course, taking into account the number of applicants, that the positive evaluation of the test year is necessary for admission to the test disciplinary and that this must be completed before July 31, 2022, the MI (with note no. 22219/22) invited the USR to check that the evaluation procedures of the test course are carried out by the centers educational in accordance with a schedule compatible with what has been said above, even possibly in derogation of the terms provided for by Ministerial Decree no. 310/2021. Consequently, the Evaluation Committees were convened before the end of the teaching activities, to express the expected opinion on whether or not to pass the test course, and the heads of the center have already been able to evaluate the teachers affected.

After the test year, as mentioned above, the interested parties carry out (in some cases they are already carrying out) the disciplinary test, according to the calendars of the competent USRs.

We emphasize that, in case of not surpassing the year of test, the same is repeated (it is only possible to be repeated once).

Disciplinary evidence

The disciplinary test consists of an interview of suitability, which focuses on the programs referred to in Annex A of Ministerial Decree no. 327/2019 for infant and primary education and according to Annex A of Ministerial Decree no. 201/2020 for ESO and Baccalaureate.

The test is done in the county where the school is located, where those interested have been hired for a certain period, but this will not be the case for everyone. This is due to the fact that, due to the small number of candidates for certain places / classes of competition, the MI has proceeded to the interregional aggregation of some procedures, for which the corresponding applicants will perform (or are performing) the disciplinary test at the USR of the aggregation region. Passing the disciplinary test

The disciplinary test is passed by teachers who obtain a suitability assessment. In fact, no numerical evaluations are foreseen.

After passing the test, the interested party is hired for an indefinite period of time and confirmed in the position of the same school in which he / she performed the fixed-term service.

Recruitment takes place with effect from 1 September 2021 or, if later, from the date of commencement of the service (2021/22 academic year).

Do not pass the disciplinary test

The teacher who obtains a negative evaluation in the test, that is to say, a judgment of unsuitability, loses the procedure by which the contract cannot be transformed by indefinite time (that is to say, it is not possible to be contracted in the position).

In this case, that is, if you do not access the position, the service provided is valued as a fixed-term assignment, so it will be valued: in GPS and GI (and possibly in GaE for those included; the score can be entered in the next update); as a prior role, if and when the teacher will be placed in the role by another procedure.
