The same intermediate and final checks are also foreseen in the case of compulsory training, they will be managed with the advice of INVALSI, from the 2023/2024 academic year, and will be aimed at achieving specific performance objectives. The salary progression of seniority remains unchanged.

The recognition of the occasional accessory remuneration element is therefore addressed to tenured teachers who have achieved a positive individual assessment in accordance with the performance indicators and on the basis of the criteria established in the contractual update.

The retributive incentive cannot be assigned according to rotation criteria among affected personnel.

Contents of the incentive training courses

a) updating of competences in the fields of pedagogy and teaching methodologies and technologies (continuing with the competences and knowledge acquired in the initial university training course);

b) contribution to the improvement of the educational offer of the center where the teaching staff works;

c) the acquisition, according to the choice of the professor, of the following specific contents: 1) the deepening of the specific contents of the teaching discipline; 2) planning-participation tools and techniques in national and European tenders; 3) school government: theory and practice; 4) educational leadership; 5) personnel and figures of the system: technical-methodological, socio-relational, strategic training; 6) school inclusion in the class with students with disabilities; 7) continuity and training strategies and job orientation; 8) improvement of competencies in relation to student assessment; 9) application profiles of the national evaluation system of educational institutions; 10) Digital teaching techniques. The activities referred to in letters a), b) and c) are carried out in a flexible manner within the framework of additional hours.

How many hours of training?

As part of the total annual hours of incentive training, they are offered 15 hours for infant and primary education and 30 hours for initial cycle and baccalaureatefor training courses dedicated to the development of the professionalism of teachers.

The rest of the hours are dedicated to planning, tutoring, accompanying, guiding the development of the potential of students to achieve the specific objectives of the school and experimenting with new teaching methods.

Competition classes will change
