“Liguria 77” is the new summer campaign in the Liguria region to improve the primacy achieved, with the largest number of Blue Flags conquered nationally: 77 is, in fact, the number of beaches and landings in Liguria that, in 2022, they have won the coveted recognition. , of great tourist and environmental value, which the Region has decided to promote locally, nationally and internationally.

The municipalities of Liguria that have obtained the Blue Flag are 32, for a total of 63 beaches, in addition to 14 landings for a total of 77, a figure that certifies the very high quality of the beaches, water and ports of our region, a result that confirms our sea as the best in Italy.

The “Liguria 77” campaign is developed through 32 videos, one for each municipality awarded the European certification FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education): aerial images, underwater plans and interviews with locals and tourists to explain what it is our locality. The videos will be broadcast in the coming days on the official social channels of the Liguria region and the tourist promotion agency of InLiguria, by the municipalities involved and on the website www.lamialiguria.it.

The films made by the Liguria Region will be screened during a special evening with the participation of a representation of the mayors of the awarded municipalities, who will explain the potential of this primacy for the development of our tourism and how it was achieved. A video number 33 will unite the most beautiful sea in Italy and will represent the region of Liguria in the next edition of the Genoa Boat Show.
