Individual educational institutions, with their own autonomy, in agreement with the local bodies that provide school services and adopting organizational solutions that simultaneously guarantee the best service and respect for the needs expressed by families, in relation to the specific needs arising of the Training Offer Plan, have the right to modify the regional calendar, as long as they are guaranteed:

  • opening no later than September 15, 2022 and closing June 8, 2023;
  • minimum number of 206 school days (for schools with a schedule of 6 days per week); minimum number of 171 school days (for schools with a 5-day-a-week schedule).

It is necessary to communicate the calendar changes made by the schools, which must be submitted without delay. no later than July 15, 2022in the Lazio region exclusively electronically from the PEC of the school to the certified mailbox (PEC): programming.ificazione@regione.lazio.legalmail.it together with the resolution of the school board with the variation of the calendar, indicating , in addition, the dates and methods of recovery of any suspensions.

All communications sent after this date will not be considered.

Calendar changes that do not contain the following essentials may not be approved:
a) start and end of classes;

In this case, the school institution will be notified of the reason for the non-approval and the deadline for sending the amended proposal, which must be accompanied by its own rectified resolution.
