New contracted teacher GPS 2021/22, composition of the commission of the disciplinary test. Component requirements

Teachers hired by the first band of the GPS in the academic year 2021/22, for the purposes of admission to the position, in the coming weeks will be held the disciplinary test provided. Who will make up the commission? What are the requirements for presidents and members?

Procedure

The recruitment procedure for the aforementioned teaching staff is extraordinary, provided for by Legislative Decree no. 73/2021 (converted into Law no. 106/2021) and intended to cover the remaining vacancies in the ordinary recruitment by GaE and the rankings of competition merits from the academic year 2021/22.

These, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 73/2021 and the Ministerial Decree of development no. 242/2021, the stages that lead to the hiring of interested parties:

  • fixed-term employment during the 2021/22 academic year (already completed);
  • development, during the academic year 2021/22, of the annual course of initial training and test referred to in article 13 of the Legislative Decree. 59/2017 (nearing completion);
  • disciplinary test (consisting of an interview of suitability), after the positive assessment of the said path, before a commission external to the school of services (still to be performed);
  • contracting of the function from 1 September 2021 or, if later, from the date of commencement of the service (academic year 2021/22) and confirmation of the function in the same educational center in which the fixed-term service is provided and the year of initial training and rehearsal course (still to be performed).

We specify that:

  • in case of a negative evaluation of the initial training course and the test, it must be repeated (it can only be done once);
  • in the event of a negative sentence (ie inadequacy) to the disciplinary test, the procedure is terminated and the contract is not transformed into an indefinite one (the service provided is valued, in any case, as a fixed-term destination).

In order to be hired, the affected teachers must pass the probationary period and the disciplinary test.

Disciplinary evidence

The disciplinary test (i.e. the eligibility interview) will be conducted before July 31, 2022, subject to a positive evaluation of the annual initial training and test course. What is the disciplinary test and what to study

Commission

Article 9 of Ministerial Decree no. 242/2021 provides that the commissions evaluating the disciplinary test they are made up, on a regional basis, of staff external to the candidate’s school services institution (the one for temporary employment in the 2021/22 academic year).

The commissions, we always read in the mentioned art. 9, are established in accordance with the procedures and in compliance with the requirements established in Ministerial Decree no. 329/2019 (referring to the commissions of the competitions based on titles and examinations of infantile and primary) and Ministerial Decree no. 201/2020 (indicating the requirements of the members of the commissions of baccalaureate degrees and exams).

In view of the above-mentioned provisions and the provisions of Ministerial Decree no. 147/2022, el trial selection courts disciplinary:

  • they are chaired by a university professor or a technical manager or a school principal;
  • they are made up of two teachers.

Each committee is assigned a secretary, identified among the administrative staff belonging to the second or higher area or to the corresponding areas of the education and research sector, according to the correspondence provided for in table no. 9 attached to the Decree of the Prime Minister of 26 June 2015.

Candidates for chair and committee members submit a specific request to the USR manager identified as responsible for the procedure in accordance with Annex A (where the above-mentioned interregional aggregations are communicated). Here are the USR questions for the composition of the commissions

Requirements for infant and primary education

Presidents

For common placesPresidential candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • for university professors, carrying out or having developed teaching activities in the degrees in SFP;
  • for technical managers, belonging to the specific sector or who develop or have developed teaching activities in the degree teaching in SFP;
  • for school principals, to have directed or directed integral institutes or didactic circles or from the relative roles.

For support sitesPresidential candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • for university professors, belonging to the scientific disciplinary sector MPED / 03 or who have developed teaching activities in the specialization courses for support activities;
  • for technical managers, having acquired documented experience in the field of support or carrying out or having carried out teaching activities in the specialization courses of support activities. It is preferable to have carried out support activities for students with disabilities in possession of a specialization degree;
  • for school principals, to have directed or directed integral institutes or didactic circles or from the relative roles. It is preferable to have carried out support activities for students with disabilities in possession of a specialization degree.

Components

Teachers, aspiring to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions of common placeThey must:

  • Be accredited teachers in the function with at least 5 years of seniority in the function, of infantile and primary respectively, according to the different procedure to which the contest refers;
  • have degrees or documented experiences related to the use of information and communication technologies in teaching;
  • they have been placed in the role based on competition rankings based on grades and exams;
  • in case of access to the function of GaE, to be apt for the ordinary specific announcement or to have obtained the degree to give teaching through the degree in SFP.

Teachers, aspiring to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions of support siteThey must:

  • To be accredited professors in the position and in possession of the title of specialization in support to the students with disabilities;
  • Have held a support position in the nursery or primary school for at least 5 years, according to the different procedure to which the competition refers;
  • have degrees or documented experiences related to the use of information and communication technologies in teaching.

First and second year high school requirements

Presidents

For common placesPresidential candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • for university professors, belonging to or having belonged to one of the scientific disciplinary sectors that characterize the different types of competition;
  • for technical managers, they preferably belong to the specific sector;
  • for school principals, coming from the functions of the different competition classes or directing or having direct school institutions where the competition class is present.

For support sitesPresidential candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • for university professors, belonging to or belonging to the scientific disciplinary sector M-PED / 03 or having carried out teaching activities in the specialization courses of support activities;
  • for technical managers, preferably having acquired documented experience in the field of support or performing or having carried out teaching activities in the specialization courses of support activities. It is preferable to have carried out support activities for students with disabilities in possession of a specialization degree;
  • For school administrators, directing or having directed school-level institutions relating to the various insolvency proceedings of the upper cycle or of the baccalaureate. It is preferable to have carried out support activities for students with disabilities in possession of a specialization degree.

Teachers, aspiring to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions of common placeThey must:

  • To be accredited professors in possession, with at least five years of service, including the prefunction, taught in the institutions of the educational and training system, in the specific competition class;
  • have degrees or documented experiences related to the use of information and communication technologies in teaching;
  • they have been placed in the role based on competition rankings based on grades and exams;
  • in the event of entry into the GaE function, be eligible for the specific ordinary competition or have obtained the degree to teach through the SSIS or similar channels in the AFAM sector;
  • in the case of AFAM professors, belonging to the academic disciplinary sector consistent with the competition class and having held the position for at least five years.

Teachers, aspiring to be appointed as commissioners of the commissions of support siteThey must:

  • To be accredited professors in the position and in possession of the title of specialization in support to the students with disabilities;
  • Have exercised, for at least five years, including pre-employment, in the institutions of the education and training system, a support position in the institute or baccalaureate, according to the different procedure to which the competition refers;
  • Have qualifications or documented experiences related to the use of information and communication technologies in teaching.
