People know Leah Remini better for her role King of Queens and its history with Scientology. However, some fans may not realize that he never went to college. Although not everyone needs to attend college, Remini decided it was time to enroll.
Remini revealed his acceptance at New York University on social media. Now that the semester is over, the exams are over. He says the tests are not easy, but he believes that school life is worth every second.

Many people see the Church of Scientology as a sect because of stories about how officials treat members. Several people claim the leader is abusing his staff and the guards are trying to prevent people from leaving. Policies also require people to disconnect from loved ones coming out of the church.
Some celebrities have links to Scientology, and Remini is one of them. She grew up as a member of the organization but separated in 2013. According to Page Six, one of the ways Remini was influenced by Scientology as he grew up was to focus less on school. The reason is not clear, but Remini ended up not pursuing higher education. He explained on Twitter that he had gone to school until the eighth grade.
Thus, Remini decided to continue his training at the age of 51, proving that “it is never too late”. OZY reports that it has obtained its GED. He is now in college and said, “This is one of the last pieces of my life that I am recovering from Scientology.”
